Dr. Matt Hendley is originally from Merit, Texas where he graduated as the valedictorian of his high school class. He then completed his undergraduate education in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University in 2004. He attended medical school right here in San Antonio at UT Health Science Center and completed his residency at the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program where he received training in ambulatory care, internal medicine, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, and geriatrics with a special emphasis on wellness and continuity of care. In addition, he served on multiple hospital, residency and clinic committees. Dr. Hendley’s specific professional interests include adolescent medicine, disease prevention, nutrition and wellness. Dr. Hendley and his wife Kim live in San Antonio. They have two young children, Braelyn and Mason. His personal interests include camping, hunting, golf, Texas A&M football and spending time with his family.
Dr. Marcy Youngdahl is originally from Austin, Texas and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas. She attended medical school right here in San Antonio at the UT Health Science Center and completed her residency at the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program where she received training in ambulatory care, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, and geriatrics with a special emphasis on continuity of care. Dr. Youngdahl served as Co-Chief Resident during her final year of training. Her professional interests include hospital medicine, women’s health, and using an integrative treatment approach. Dr. Youngdahl and her husband John live in San Antonio with their dogs Beau and Penny. Her personal interests include spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and UT Football.
Krystal Allbritton is originally from Yorktown, Virginia. She completed her undergraduate education in Biology at Virginia Commonwealth University. She attended Physician Assistant School in Norfolk, Virginia at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Krystal practiced Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for five years in WIlliamsburg, Virginia. She also practiced in Urgent Care part time during those years. Krystal and her husband Justin live here in San Antonio. They have two energetic boys, Tucker and Troy. Her personal interests include spending time with her family, running, hiking, and VCU basketball.
Tammie has worked over 17 years in medical office systems, with 14 of them being in management. She has been married for 33 years and has 2 grown sons and 4 grandchildren. She and her husband recently moved to Texas from Oregon after military retirement to be near their grandchildren and enjoy warmer weather. She enjoys travel, hiking and church work and loves all things Disney! “The best thing about San Antonio is the wonderful people!”
Amanda was born and raised in San Antonio. She was blessed enough to find a company as great as Hill Country Family Medicine to offer her employement right out of medical assistant school. She enjoys helping people of all ages and helping our patients better their health. She likes to spend her free time with her daughter Paisley and husband Ryan, as well as go to the gym, shop and bake.
Amanda was born and raised in San Antonio, TX! She has been an MA for 6 years, working with OB/GYN, Family Medicine and Pediatrics. She loves caring for her patients and helping them maintain great health. She also hopes to further her career one day and become and RN. Her personal interests include music, zumba, and most importantly spending time wither her fiancé Steven and three sons AJ (7), Nathan (3) and Dominick (2).
Damaris is originally from Chicago, IL, but warmer weather brought her family to Texas. She has been blessed with two beautiful children, daughter Sadie Rae and son David Gabriel. She enjoys spending her free time reading, drawing or at church.
Leslie was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She loves Texas Country music and being outdoors. In her spare time she is with her husband, Matt, supporting his music career and loves being around family and friends.
Melanie is originally from a small reservation near Magdalena, NM. She is a country girl, half Navajo/Hispanic. She has been an MA since 2006 and has plans to further her education. She has a big heart for helping others and happy to be a part of an environment where she can do so! She has been with HCFM since November 2014 and loves what she does. She loves to try new things, and most of all enjoys spending time with her two daughters that are her world.
